The Butler To Go gives a new definition to world-class personalized service, providing guests with sophisticated standards of luxury. Craig Callahan has over 15 years experience in being a butler, steward, property manager, personal assistant and flight attendant. His vast knowledge in these fields make him well-equipped to provide outstanding services which exceed client expectations.
BUTLER
Butler services include managing a single residence, supervising household staff, setting up the household and ensuring all duties are fulfilled. Typical duties include formal butler service, ordering and shopping for household supplies, meal planning, floral arranging, wardrobe maintenance, travel preparation, vendor management and care of fine art, wine, silver, crystal china and linen.
STEWARD
Steward duties include butler service, preparing vessel for charter, detailing, laundry, cleaning, and provisioning. It also includes floral arrangement, serving, bartending, cooking, and assisting with tender driving, lines, fenders and wash downs.
CORPORATE FLIGHT ATTENDANT
The Butler To Go provides flight attendant services on noncommercial aircrafts such as charter planes and corporate jets. Primary duties and responsibilities include cabin management, ensuring that adequate supplies of refreshments and emergency equipment are on board, safety and security of the owner and guests, menu planning and catering for all flights. The Butler To Go is certified and current with FAA part 91, 125 and 135.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Personal Assistant services include keeping up with the social and professional demands of the client. Duties may include keeping track of the family and/or social calendar, travel arrangements, event planning, answering phones, managing vendors, cleaning, shopping and running errands.
